Mazda Cars – New Version of Mazda Cx-7 and Mazda Cx-9

Mazda Motor Corporation or MMC has launched duo SUV in 2010, namely New CX-7 and CX-9 that are trafficked intact or direct CBU from Japan. The both Mazda cars models are the facelift of the previous version.

Mazda intends to correct existing deficiencies in previous versions in order to be better and be more competitive in the marketplace because these previous models of Mazda cars are less able to compete in the SUV market.

New Mazda CX-7

One of the changes of New Mazda CX-7 in the exterior is a trapezoid-shaped front bumper grille with larger size. Now, the edge of bumper grille is coated by chrome.

The design of fog lamp has been changed, also with the wheels. The rear bumper now is equipped with a new reflector.

In the interior, the changes occur in the design of the dashboard, instrument panel, steering wheel, center panel, door trim, and a few other details.

This SUV uses 2.3-liter engine with direct injection system plus a turbocharger. This machine is capable of generating power 175 kW (238 PS) @ 5000 rpm and 350 Nm of torque (35.7) @ 2500 rpm.

CX-7 is offered in two variants, R and GT. Both only differ in the completeness of its features. The price of Mazda CX-7 is cheaper than previous versions because the new CX-7 uses 4 x 2 wheel drive, while the previous uses 4WD.

In this New Mazda CX-9 there is a change in the rearview mirror design becomes more streamlined. In addition, this model uses Xenon headlights. Also there are changes to the taillights and two trapezoid-shaped exhaust tip chrome plated

There is no significant change in the interior but the center console appears with the new design.

The machine is greater than the previous version that is 3.7-liter, V6, DOHC, 24 valves with sequential valve timing (S-VT). This machine is capable of generating power 204 kW (277 PS) @ 6250 rpm and maximum torque of 367 Nm (37.4) @ 4250 rpm.

Color choices consist of copper red mica, radiant ebony mica, aluminum metallic, sparkling black mica, and crystal white pearl mica. As for the interior, choices of colors consist of black and sand beige.

Both new Mazda cars above would be better than previous versions. There are almost totally changes from the exterior, interior to the engine. If you’ve ever seen or tried to drive these cars then you will find a new experience with these two new Mazda cars models i.e. the New Mazda CX-7 and New Mazda CX-9.
